Before you come in
What to expect
Plan to arrive a few minutes early. We start by looking at your scalp and talking through what you have noticed — what changed, when it started, what you have already tried.
Come with your hair as you normally wear it. No need to wash it beforehand, and avoid heavy product on the day if you can.
Gift cards are available if you are booking for someone else.
